In Store Purchases
Items may be returned with receipt within 30 days for full refund if items are in re-sellable condition.
No returns on medications or unsealed items.
Dry kibble or raw food must be returned in original packaging and more than 50% full. No open can returns.
Returns must be made in store and can be made at any K9 Loft location.
Select sale items are final sale.
Online Purchases
All online purchases will be delivered to the shipping address provided. If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave the order at the front door/entrance.
Items purchased at k9loft.com may be returned at any K9 Loft location.
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of K9 Loft's receipt of returned item(s).
Shipping Policy
K9 Loft offers free same day delivery on all orders placed by 4pm Monday-Friday and 2pm Saturday-Sunday. All orders received after these times will be delivered the following day. Please note, there is a required $60 purchase minimum and must be within a 10 mile radius of our Echo Park location at 2170 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90026 in order to qualify for free shipping.
All orders under $60 will have a $6.95 shipping charge.
