K9 Loft Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for refund, not including shipping and handling charges.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

A refund will be processed within 48 hours of K9 Loft's receipt of the returned item and confirming that the item is new, unused and in resellable condition.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

K9 Loft ships to all U.S. based addresses. Shipping is not available to PO boxes.

In order to provide low shipping rates, K9 Loft utilizes several shipping methods depending on the items purchased.
