K9 Loft Training Customer Agreement
Attending training class is a serious time commitment. Please consider it carefully before signing up. Please make sure that you will be able to attend five consecutive weekend classes with a duration of one hour each.
1. Participant must pay the full $195 class fee to be registered. Your spot in the training class can not be reserved until FULL payment is made prior to the class beginning.
2. No refunds will be given after payment is made. Only store credit will be given in case of a cancellation prior to the beginning of the class. Once the class begins store credit will NOT be issued.
3. If a participant misses a class it is at the discretion of the trainer to offer a make up class. The traininer is NOT obligated to offer a make up class.
4. Participant's dog must be current on the following vaccinations: Bordatella, DHLP-PV, and Rabies. An exception for Rabies may be made for dog's under one year old.
5. Participant’s dog must be spayed/neutered.
6. Dog's that are aggressive towards other dogs or people will NOT be allowed to attend group classes.
