The health and safety of your dog is our number one priority. Our staff cleans the facility throughout the day with bio-degradable products that are safe for your dog and the environment. We also have a state of the art air conditioning and air evacuation system which provides clean air at a comfortable temperature for the entire facility. We have spared no expense in creating a healthy environment for your dog.

We only recruit genuine dog lovers and conduct a thorough background check on all of our professional staff. We also require that they become certified by the American Boarding Kennel Association (AKBA). And with 24/hour web cam service you can keep an eye on your dog anytime from anywhere. We encourage you to come and tour our facilities and personally meet our professional staff.

All dogs are carefully screened by our professionally trained staff. They are organized in separate groups based on temperament and size. The safety of your dog is our number one priority. We have designated play areas for small and large dogs.

No problem. We accommodate all dogs. If your dog does not get along with other dogs he/she will still get plenty of play-time both indoors and outdoors in our designated areas for non-social dogs.

There is a professional staff member on the premises during all normal hours of operation with access to our car service. If we determine that your dog needs immediate medical attention, we will attempt to contact you and transport him/her to your predetermined veterinarian of your choice if possible. Otherwise we will take your dog to our affiliated veterinarian. If an emergency requires immediate attention we will transport your dog to the nearest care facility located 1/2 mile from our facility.

Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7am - 9pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm, and Sunday 10am - 6pm.

Yes. Proof of bordatella, distemper, parvo, and rabies vaccinations are required for all clients. All dogs over 7 months old are required to be spayed or neutered.

Our trained staff can administer almost all medication as directed by your veterinarian.

We will be glad to accommodate you by offering our car service and bringing your pet home to you. Car service is available 7 am to 7:30 pm.

Your dog will be regularly taken to our outdoor play area throughout the day. You may also purchase a day excursion pass where a trained member of our staff will take your dog to Silver Lake Dog Park, or Echo Park.
